Note by Felix: This guest post was written by a man who is currently stuck Šid and has been trying for a longer time to continue his journey to Europe. As he fears danger for his family, he wants to keep his real identity secret. I had already met him in June and now, during my second time in Šid, I got to know him a little more. At that time, he was burdened dangerous situation in Šid and the constant worries about his family at home. Since he likes to write (he wants to write a short book about his journey, when he finally arrived) I asked him if he wanted to write something for our blog. He liked the idea and already on the next day gave me these three letters with the corresponding title. For reasons of clarity, we publish them in one bundled contribution. The texts are taken from the notes without any changes in content or style.
I am a death body in “Sid“. My story is different than other refugees but how can I speak to European Commission. I had a great life with my family in my country Afghanistan (war of Taliban). In Afghanistan on that time I was very in a high level up to now in my city Chaparhar. This city is very unknown city in Afghanistan. I have been over there, worked with International People, in Afghanistan, as a translator. At last I have lost my family members, even two brothers and lost my job too. Now my father and I cannot speak anymore. I am already in tension about my life and about my family members too.

I am gonna tell you that we are migrants. We have lost each and everything, even our life as well. We have to stay in Europe not in “Serbia“. “Serbia“ is not a perfect country for migrants. Police Problem stays, problems in camp, even in “Sid“, ufffffff. It really hurts and I should speak about the Croation Police. On the border many times we have faced a big incident, for example catch[1] the money and mobile. We saw it a lot of times, it means many times Police taken mobiles and damaged it. I have to speak to all volunteers. Please kindly stop the fucking things on Croatian border. Thank all volunteers being with us for all time, specially caring us in “Sid”.
